The artist, Betty Lou Moscot, herself embodies this same eclectic sensibility – a trained graphic designer and art director with a BFA in Fine Art & Art History from Boston University who grew up roaming the castles and churches of the most romantic cities in Europe. Moscot served as Art Director of the D. Cordova Museum in Boston, has art directed countless campaigns for corporate America, designed high end occasion cakes, invented a patented child support system and even published a cook book called Gourmette. She started designing jewelry in 2002, selling exclusively to private clientele and celebrities. Her work has received leading industry awards, including the prestigious Town & Country Couture Award for Best New Designer in 2008. |
